Advantage Property Management Association Dues Payment Options
PAY ALL 2026 DUES USING ONE OF THESE OPTIONS:
- Mail a Check - You can mail in a check. If you wish to have payment coupons, please let us know and we will mail them to you, however coupons are not required. Please make checks payable to Jamestowne Village and mail to: Advantage Property Management, Inc., 7712 Blue Ash Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45236. Include your unit number in the memo line.
- ACH (Automatic Withdrawal) - You can sign up for ACH (automatic withdrawal). With your permission, Advantage will deduct your fee from your bank account every month on the 9th. Click here for the Automatic Withdraw Form.
- Bank Billpay - If you have your bank send a check, please make sure to update the address to our new management address: Advantage Property Management, Inc., 7712 Blue Ash Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45236. Please make your payments payable to Jamestowne Village and include your unit number as the account number or memo.
- Pay Online - You can pay online at www.advantagepropertyoh.org. If you pay online, please add a 4% processing fee to your payment amount.
